Came into the new gym today in bilston and it looks amazing, they really have smashed it out the park!

It’s so spacious which helps with the anxiety of working into a gym!

I can’t wait to get started!

Equipment is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of classes.

I am happy that I can go to a class when I finish work.
I would just say that the toilets need a little bit more attention.

Lovely gym I used for a year. Basic enough. When it came to cancelling (no need to explain the reason to save money in this year I’m sure) I took it into my own hands to cancel the direct debit so I did not have to wait months while money was taken like I was informed by others. I was then notified that a payment still needed to be made. I begrudgingly took on board that fine I cancelled 4 days before my next payment (I do not have the time to keep track of my days just my money again like us all). I was not informed however of a cancellation fee from 6-10 days before the next payment was due (very ambiguous 6 days is okay but to someone else 7 days would not be then?). I also found this out from research (crazy to say that) days after receiving a ‘your membership has been cancelled from this date’ email. Was an alright gym until the terrible customer service and lack of informing customers of this is the reason for this review hopefully others will be well informed now. I am just wondering where the immediate ‘cancel’ button is that the government suggested introducing by this point?? But that is not the point of this that is a side rant.

Absolutely love simply gym Bedford amazing staff and classes are great. Very well equipped gym. I like the fact it's 24 hours as I go early mornings. It does get very busy but to be expected. Been a member for several years

Great atmosphere and equipped for all fitness types

I tried SimplyGym because my previous gym, whilst well equipped, was just too busy all the time, even midday, and I never managed to complete a planned workout. SimplyGym has a great balance of machines and free weights, the staff are great and whilst well attended it’s never been too busy to get in my way. I’ve not tried any classes but there seems to be plenty on offer, and so far I’m very pleased with my membership.

I go for mainly the bikes , didn't like where they moved them too , preferred them facing the wall than stuck in the middle as they are now, so I left the gym , but I've since rejoined , as easier joining process than the others in my area

The environment at the gym is friendly and the entire gym is exceptionally clean. I love the women's only gym area that affords me the privacy I enjoy.
