This is my third order from Simply Home and the quality is always the best. Amazing service from Connor and his colleague. They delivered the mirrored chest of drawers quickly & made sure it was in perfect condition. Above and beyond customer service.

A proper better than first class service from Simply Home UK. After receiving an item that has been damaged in transit by a “third party” courier the Customer Service team were fantastic in getting a replacement sent out for the following day with a first class courier. Connor and his delivery mate were absolutely fantastic. They unpacked the item to check it was all intact and no damage had occurred, they photographed it and brought it in the house. Thanks Simply Home UK and thanks Connor and your mate for the excellent service.

Well chuffed! Connor and his colleague delivered my mirrored dressing table today. They both took it upstairs and carefully checked for damage before leaving. Amazing!

I ordered a Diamond Crush Mirrored Media Unit With Fire the company are great communication was good has the item was going to be late by one week which was no problem Craig & Johnny the delivery team are fantastic unboxed it took real good care when bringing it into the house when it was initially put up it looked fantastic the glass and crushed diamond are great however on closer inspection there some imperfection with regards to wood finish surrounding the unit I got in touch with them and they where very quick in dealing with situation and a positive outcome was achieved

This is a follow up review to one star I gave this company the reason for this is I should have been aware of their 2 to 4 week delivery on their product page but the delivery date I have received is
5 weeks from purchase not 2 to 4 as stated and it was not expected that I would have to wait as long for this product but I am assured by the company that it will be worth the wait
