Highly reliable hosting with excellent, responsive support

I've been a customer for about 2 and half years. Having previously spent a couple of miserable years relying on bargain basement VPS suppliers I decided to spend a little more and chose what is now Simply Cloud.

Their service is very reliable - I've had 99.98% uptime over the last year - and the support is excellent, helpful and speedy.

Server Provision for ECommerce Marketing

Abs and his team have done a truly fantastic job in providing us with a Server for our e-commerce marketing platform. We have had a few hiccups along the way but the team have been with us all the way in helping to sort these out. They have always answered our questions very quickly unlike other companies who issue tickets and you are left waiting for a day or more for a response. The cost side of things is also very reasonable - we shopped around and came to the conclusion that this Company was clearly providing the best deal for our needs. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your Server needs.

Good luck trying to cancel

Good luck trying to cancel. Somehow they are able to get away with insisting you complete a PDF document and send this to them. Apparently emailing their billing department is not sufficient.

They want to make it difficult for you to cancel so they can scrape another months payment out of you.

Seems a bit desperate to squeeze every last drop out of someone who is trying to leave? Why not make it nice and simple, via a billing support ticket like all other companies I have dealt with.

I wasn't leaving on bad terms, I just had no use for the server. I am now, and you've managed to secure yourself a bad relationship with me and lost the potential of any repeat business from me in the future.

The service with this company is second to none. I have never felt that I am being fobbed off or treated impatiently, even when it's my mistake...which is, in fact, most of the time.

Holly in particular always goes the extra mile to get things sorted!

All round great service

The SimplyHosting team and our account manager Callum have been fantastic to work with, and I know they are always there when I need to pick up the phone.

SimplyHosting have always been really responsive and flexible to my requests and needs, no matter how big or small the project is, or how tight the deadline is. They have also been good value for money and a competitive offering when comparing solutions across providers.

Servers and infrastructure have been rock solid with no issues at all, and the support team have also been fantastic with great response times and always a solution, so it's been a pleasure to work with them, and I will continue to do so into the future too.

Great hosting company, highly recommended

They got my dedicated server up very quickly and have delivered on all the promises on their website.

Fantastic service from Tagadab. Our VM is super-reliable and when we have encountered problems, the Tagadab team have worked tirelessly to get us back up and running. I can definitely recommend if you want a solid platform with first class support.

Bait and Switch...

We took an offer from SimplyHosting that offered a significant discount on their dedicated servers.

We clarified at the time of purchase, with one of their agents, that this price was indefinite - they confirmed this.

However, it appears that this was only for six months and has now reverted back the full-price with no apology or prior warning.

Not only do we feel betrayed, we feel like we have been lied to - simply to get us trapped in their ecosystem.

Get any offers in writing prior to purchase.

We will be raising the complaint with the ASA + Trading Standards.

A Breath of Fresh Air

I've been with these guys now a few years since I migrated away from shared hosting to a Cloud VPS. The best move I ever made and these guys helped a lot by providing quality support that was polite and friendly, which is quite rare in the hosting world. It's a great platform and costs are very reasonable. Since I have been with Tagadab, everything goes smoothly and my hosting stress is gone, allowing me to spend more time developing and a lot less time dealing with hosting issues. Can't recommend them enough.

Absolute brilliance

Absolute brilliance, Holly you are a diamond, I've just had a VPS migrated to the cloud, better spec, performance and now backups (and paying less per month) in the space of an hour or so and few support tickets, new control panel is spot on. I'm a programmer and have seen some rubbish setups from other suppliers in the past, this is best yet, even prefer over Rackspace.

A big thanks to a truly remarkable company

I have been a customer of Tagadab for almost 5 years now and I can't fault them in any way. Just recently my dedicated server was held to ransom; a very difficult time for me, my family and my business and they were there for me every step of the way. Tagadab gave me a new dedicated server so that I could migrate my data across to get my services back online. They also provided me with a VPS to store around 80GB of Karaoke videos whilst I was restoring my services. They have, without doubt, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me during one of my most difficult times in online retail and I can't thank them enough... particularly Tim who has been a complete rock for me and so helpful - I'm truly & eternally grateful for all the support he has given me. For anyone looking for professional hosting solutions, look no further than Tagadab... as long as I own websites I will be with them as they have shown nothing but their commitment to me... they really do care so THANKS a lot guys. Big thumbs up from me.
