Best mortgage broker experience ever. Absolute top marks. Professional, reliable, hardworking, Rob managed 2 complex mortgages for me simultaneously, consistently going above and beyond to drive applications through to offer at fantastic speed despite the challenges being faced in the industry by lenders, surveyors etc. as the country rushed to complete in time to benefit from the stamp duty holiday. Rob took all the stress away, kept me regularly updated and acted with as much care as if the mortgage offers were for himself. Do yourself a favour and use Rob and the team at Simply Life and Mortgages.

Arthur is an excellent mortgage broker! Great communicator and managed to advise me very well throughout the process. My situation was a little more complex, due to being part self-employed and employed simultaneously, and he managed to deal with this all very professionally.

Fantastic service received from Rob at Simply Life and Mortgages to secure our mortgage. With both my husband and I being self-employed this was no mean feat. Rob clearly outlined all the evidence we had to produce in order to get an offer. The entire mortgage industry has certainly cranked up on its due diligence since we last applied for a mortgage and I'm very glad, that for a small fee, we had an expert managing the entire process on our behalf.
