We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
After investigating the matter, we found that the availability information provided by the garage was not up to date, which resulted in an appointment being available when the garage was closed.
This is not the standard of service we expect, and the issue has been raised with the garage and reviewed internally to help prevent it happening again.

Really quick and straightforward to book an MOT. Literally got a slot all squared for the following day. I use the guys down at Nash Mills Abdul and Moez are great fellas and always do a great job, communication is top and never feel liked being fleeced, in fact totally the opposite. They also offer great advice. Being able to book online in a few clicks just makes it so much easier! Great tool.
