I'm very happy with the hardware but the lack of any Moonshine documentation about the operation, features, control functions and installation of the second storage drive is not what I expected. There is no reference to any documentation in the box, and I'm unable to find anything relevant on the website.

Simply NUC has an excellent selection of systems for any need. Shipping is fast and customer service is top notch! I have purchased several systems from them and all are performing flawlessly. The small form factor makes for a clean and professional installation. I will be purchasing more custom NUCS from SimplyNUC in the future without question. They are the best there is.

After a bumpy start with screen resolution issues, my Moonstone has been an outstanding daily companion for hours on end of intense programming work. It's met all my expectation in terms of performance and silence and connectivity and has just the right size to fit underneath my display.

So far, this seems like a great little computer. Easy set up for someone relatively experienced, but definitely not for a computer novice as it does not really come with any setup guide. For me that wasn't a problem. Also, I don't think that someone unfamiliar with computers would by this particular product.

My only disappointment is that it is about 4 times the size I expected as compared to my prior NUC computer and cannot be mounted to the back of a monitor. This is really a "micro-desktop". This is on me, however. I'm sure that I would have realized the size if I had done a bit more research and I probably would have bought it anyway.

Right now, it is working smoothly and (mostly) quietly. Only time will tell if it stays this way. This is a really nice little powerhouse of a computer.

I was in a hurry. The delivery time was very great, in stock and satisfactory.

I was a little dissatisfied with the delay in the shipping notification of the product. It took about a month from placing the order to receiving the shipping notification.

The board I initially ordered turned out to be EOL but Aubree contacted me directly and walked me through the available options based on our fairly strict requirements, in the end getting the board we needed.

I appreciated the dedicated customer representative calling to confirm the order and give an update. Order was received promptly.

We have used SimplyNUC in the past for our Small Form Factor computer needs. They have always delivered a quality product. Recently, we availed their OE branding and turnkey solution management services. After working to build an image that was expected to run a config script upon first powerup, we were pleasantly surprised to find that everything had already been accomplished when the devices we purchased were powered up for the first time. The script already ran successfully and the devices were ready to go. This saved our department a bit of time per device, and will save even more time when a large order is placed and little to no human intervention is needed. The customized boot screen graphic is a nice touch, too, for anyone looking to step up their brand game.

Bought my second device from them. The device is well made, with no bloatware. The best thing about them is that the service department will contact you immediately to resolve any issues. I had selected a feature that I didn't need, and they contacted me to make sure I wanted it, which once they explained it to me, I didn't. The feature was removed from the order, the price was reduced, and I was very happy. I highly recommend SimplyNUC.
