Badly cared for plants
The plants I received were clearly not well looked after before I received them. They were weak and pale. I bought roses but the plants were very small and not well cared for. They appear to have now recovered a few month later but only because I have tended to them daily. I would never buy from here again.

First time ordering from Simply Plants
First time ordering from Simply Plants. I was very impressed with their website which was easy and quick to navigate. The vast availability of flowers, plants, shrubs was brilliant, I was looking specifically for Hydrangers, I love them. Found their ground breaker variety and ordered one of each plus a bluebird lacecap I think it is. I ordered Saturday 48hrs tracking and they have arrived promptly today. Firstly I need to mention the packaging Wow so secure, huge box no movement in plants and stood upright individually, very impressed. The condition of all three plants were fantastic, moist soil, lots of current and new growth best postal plants I have ordered Fact!. I will definitely be ordering again and I highly recommend this company, service and products... Genuinely first class Thankyou.

They sent me a plant that was awful quality. I requested a refund and they let me keep it. Then I received another plant??? Very confused
