Well, this was not my experience having ordered through their linked company Beaky Bites. I am still waiting for delivery of 2 x 12.5 kg bird seed. No phone number, no reply to e mails and DHL have told me to contact them direct !! Do not touch

Tomato seeds just up and 100% germination

Ordered and supplied with packet of gusto purple chilli seeds.Packet said approximately ten seeds. On carefully opening and investigating the packet I found - just one seed! Since then Simplyseeds have not replied to my emails apart from an AI generated acknowledgement. Shocking supply and customer service. Do not use this firm.

in packets of 5-8 seeds!!! Greed knows no bounds! Shame!

Ordered Garlic bulbs. I contacted them about poor quality of 2 of the items. They didn’t have the decency to even acknowledge my message!!!

some seeds did not germinate and I have the worst potato plants I have ever had. By now I would normally be digging up the early season ones but there is virtually nothing there

Absolute shocking germination rate must be old seeds or been incorrectly stored. I ordered 12 different seeds from them and ended up buying more seeds from garden centre plus had to buy plugs they nearly ruined my spring growing season! Trust me don’t bother and buy right the first time.

I have ordered nematodes in 3 packs. Only 2 packs have arrived quite late after complaining from my side. Third pack has never arrived. Company does not reply to online form and to e-mails from 2 addresses. In my online account they have even deleted the problematic order without traces. But I have e-mail confirmation of my original order.

No good for sweetcorn. Bought seeds in 2023 and not one germinated, tried them again in 2025 with another order of sweetcorn seeds and yet again, not one germinated. Seeds from other suppliers are fine so nothing wrong with process. I have reported this and no response so I just won't use them again. Order no SS235022

Placed an order 15 days ago, tried contacting them but no response no update...

I am amazed at some of the reviews for this company.
I thinks that they are an amazing company and cant praise them high enough.
Placing an order was straight forward and easy.
I received confirmation of my order together with full details. The order arrived within a couple of days. Followed by an email from them asking if I was happy with what I received. I wish there were more companies showing an interest in their customers like this. Very pleased Christopher Francis

Debited my account even though couldn't fulfil an order. Still waiting for reimbursement despite being informed on numerous occasions that it has been processed

I was informed my order will be delivered on 27/01/25. The order never arrived. DHL was the courier. I have informed simply seeds twice now and still no reply or update. It was first and last order with this company.

Purchase 40 garlic bulbs each was plump and healthy. Planted in seed trays and all germinated within 5 days. In allotment in 10 days and growing well.

Absolutely brilliant.
When I made the error of ordering onion and garlic sets early in the year and seeds at the same time, they split my order into two so that I could get the seeds earlier. Fantastic service. Fantastic product. Would 100% recommend.

Most of the seeds failed to germinate. What did, bore no resemblance to what they should have been! I suggested to them that the packaging might have got mixed up. I was sent replacement seeds which did exactly the same. Frankinstein plants and fruit/veg that I had no idea what they were..Wouldn't recommend them.

I panted 24 sweetcorn seeds of which only 4 germinated. Of those 4 only one is viable. I tried their online form which isn't working and emailed a number of times but no response. I received other seeds from them which did germinate and were OK but lack of communication is totally unacceptable

I gave them an order a week ago and I have not received it yet why? the order number SS194561
I have tried to track the order but the Royal Mail does not recognise the number.
not pleased with the services I can see this going to court and as I am a retired Clerk of the court I will take great pleasure in doing that.

Garlic of poor quality and very small. Have tried to contact them but waste of time no reply. Sorry won't be ordering again .
