First rate customer service and products! A+ 10/10
I contacted Simpsons Kranzle requiring a bit of advice for a custom Kranzle set up. It's a rather specific build and not knowing exactly what I needed to make it work, I was delighted to get an in-depth response from Gerry, the owner.
He not only promptly answered all of my questions but also offered advice about how the set up could be improved. I put the order in and it arrived first thing the next day.
Gerry and Simpsons are a credit to the industry. It's rare you get the sort of customer service and the products to match that Simpsons offer, so it's been greatly welcomed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'll certainly be back if needed.
