I had a very hectic last-minute move, as I was surprised to learn my lease was up early and that I had just one weekend to get it sorted out. I scheduled the service three days before moving, and the customer support team was very helpfull in making everything happen very quickly.
My ORder ID #LM-675920 was accepted right away, and the movers arrived at 9.15 AM with all of the necessary packing supplies. They packed my sofa, my queen bed, the dinning table, kitchen untensils and a lot of books, even the indoor plants. What was really awesome about them is that they did not rush, even with the short time frame. They carefully wrapped every pot of plants and tied them so the soil wouldn't pour out on the way. It finished about 6:00 PM, and I can't believe how smooth a last-minute move could go.

We had been living in a 3-bedroom family home for nearly 12 years, and the amount of stuff we've accrued over that time was overwhelming. I had to move the slot to 8 am. At the scheduled time and date, the crew arrived, confirming my

First,they did a quick walkthrough and jotted down notes on items that were fargile, such as the collection of crustal vases,old wall clocks, framed family portraits and delicate china dishes.

Hola! The movers took apart our big bed frames, wrapped our mattresses, placed heavy blankets over all the wooden furniture, and loaded all the boxes into the moving truck. My grandfather had an old rocking chair, and I was particularly concerned about it, but they treated it as if it were theirs. It was a process that lasted almost 9 hours, and the entire team remained professional and engaged until the last item was placed in our new home.

To be honest, these guys made what i thought woukd be a nightmare one of the easiest we've ever had.

If I could put no stars I would!! This has been the worst experience I’ve tried to talk to the company and no response, I never get a call back! They were supposed to pickup Saturday and drop off our stuff Saturday why are they delivering it over night or two days later! They won’t let me refund! They said clear communication on their website and we have not had that at all!!
