Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. First order I made and paid express shipping for didn’t arrive - I emailed chasing it past the delivery time slot and they said it was lost then refused to refund the express shipping on the replacement explaining they have lost the order (surely they should have insurance). I felt it bad business that I now would be receiving the order past the time of the free standard delivery and paying 25dollars for nothing. But told them to go ahead as it was for a gift. Then I waited over a week and they ignored two emails asking why I hadn’t received confirmation of it being sent like I did the first time - later they admitted they still hadn’t sent the replacement order and apologised for an internal error then refunded (without asking) and offered a discount for next time. Had a very disappointed birthday girl on my hands. Won’t be returning. They are clearly disorganised and unprofessional.
