I ordered some things on this site on 24th November for approx £40 and still not received them

Hi have ordered something from this company 2 weeks ago but has not arrived yet. Not sure if it is a scam and if so who is responsable to let this companies to play in fraudulent way !

If I could award no stars, I would!! I ordered an item using guidance from them on sizes but it was to small. I contacted them to see how I return the item, as per their return policy & tried for nearly a week to get them to tell me but they refused!! They keep trying to offer me a few pounds compensation. They reckon their warehouse is in China so it would be expensive for me to send the item back. The return address on the parcel is in the UK!!!!!!! I
They have no customer service skills what so ever!!

Ordered on 48hr delivery from UK to UK on 1st Dec 23. Royal Mail has still to receive items. So far package has been through 3 States in the US according to what appears to be fake tracking number. Why are these companies allowed to continue trading? Keep well away from them.

Total rip off company I will update my star ratings depending on how long I wait for a refund on item overcharged after finding them on Instagram.

Overcharged. I was supposed to pay £25.98 for two packs of colouring pens, they charged me £31.18
Customer service does not respond, instead diverts to an invalid URL!
Avoid at all costs!

Ordered from this company given a fictitious tracking number and no way of contacting customer service quite obviously a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !

Diabolical company! Ordered 3 items in October. The tracking said its been in Edinburgh since the 17th October. I contacted the company via email several times and they kept fobbing me off and have refused a refund. My parcel has allegedly been in Edinburgh for nearly 2 months.The customer service is non existent. They are thieves, they take your money but don't provide the product. If I went into a store and took something without paying I'd be labeled a thief! These idi0ts are no better than common thieving conmen! Disgusting don't waste your money

UPDATE: This gets even better. They sent the wrong item. Instead of table top football, they sent Frisbee Golf! Valued at €17 euros! I actually find this hilarious now. What a bunch of charlies.

This company are disgusting!

They quoted £19.99 at checkout and then took two payments of £27.99 and £14.99 from my card. I instantly tried to cancel it and they ignored me. They send links to “customer service” that go nowhere. They ignore all contact.

It’s nothing short of a crime. I can’t believe that PayPal allow this to go on and I’ve raised a complaint with them and will fight this every step of the way.

It’s an outrageous scam. Do not buy from them under any circumstance.

Buy nothing off them , they took my money gave me a tracking number that tracks nothing and won’t refund even though I cancelled the order 1hr after purchase

Ordered a top from them, it was supposed to come halfway down the leg as a lovely long top that can also be worn short! HOWEVER it turned up and was a crop top! I tried to contact them and they will only offer £3 refund for a £19 top which is not like the picture! Poor communication and felt defrauded by them! Disgusted!
