Be aware and be warned, run away from them this website is a scam company. They may appear on the net on TikTok, facebook etc. They are scammers..

I ordered a jacket and it’s just arrived. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered as the jacket is poor quality and looks cheap. I agree with the others these people are scammers knowing that they can pass off rubbish to us brits in the safe knowledge that they untouchable by our authorities. Avoid at all costs!

This scammer should have zero stars - my experience is the same as everyone else. Size too small, asked to return to China, etc., etc. Some agency should exist to take down the websites of companies like this. It has no entry in the Companies House database, so it is not a registered UK company. Avoid at all costs.

I WAITED WEEKS FOR MY ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVED YESTERDAY WAS FAR TOO SMALL ORDERED LARGE AND AM ONLY A SIZE 12, I HAVE TRIED SENDING EMAILS FOR RETURNS FORM FOR REFUND BUT KEEPS GETTING DECLINED I AM NOW PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT TO PAYPAL AS THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered two jackets, both arrived eventually, both ordered 2XL(Size 46 chest) both arrived size 40in chest, I couldn't even get my arms insie the sleeves of one jacket. This is a real firm, but inexpertly run and they seem to be scamming people, however they do answer e-mails (slowly) but will never give you back your money for the shoddy incorrectly sized goods they are selling - I would suggest you buy elsewhere

Cheap China at expensive prices. The quality of things is very bad. And most importantly, read about the return. You need to return to China at your own cost!! Or you can take 20% back from the order!! Very bad service. I do not recommend.

This is a Front for a con. First off their sizing is a million miles off I am usually an L or XL on this occasion I ordered a 2XL and a 4XL Coat arrived which was still too tight, so I thought no worries I thought I would take advantage of their 30-day returns policy but they went very silent then when I eventually got a reply after I requested the return address an email arrived advising me that I had to ship it back to China at my own cost. These are con artists plain and simple do NOT trust them. Sinclair London my A*** Sinclair Shanghi more like Stay away and don't be fooled by them.

Do not use this so called company they go under various names especially on Facebook they all advertise the same products and they are cheap goods from China and you have no chance of getting your money back so you have been warned,just look at the other reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Goods are not as described. Inaccurate product descriptions. Knitted or cotton goods are nothing but a printed image on cheap material. Been attempting to get a refund and being brushed off and delayed in breach of my consumer rights. Avoid at all costs.

Please note this is not SINCLAIR LONDON the women’s wear brand owned by myself (our website is sinclairlondon.com with NO hyphenate between the words) and has NO AFFILIATION to the brand. This website is a scam and are infringing on our trademark rights which is illegal. This site is not based in London but in China ran by a technology company. We have legal third parties working with us to shut the site down.
We urge all shoppers and visitors who have come into contact with this website to report it to the National Cyber Security Centre, Facebook and Action Fraud. Please be aware that this website also use to operate under the domain name “brown-London.com” which has now closed down and left consumers with either no products or option to have a refund. Please be careful and please stay safe!

This is another name ( amongst many probably) of a non-London company doing a massive marketing push of knock off design clothing. They are also marketing in the Telegraph with same photos different names and reviews are rubbish so i wont touch them

DO NOT BUY!!. Just to let you know that this is another bad Chinese website which send you copies of the products they show in the web. Quality is terrible and everything is small for the European standard. You can spot all these webs as they tell you that "Send an email to support@sinclair-london and our team will send you a return form.", then you will realize that "Send your order to the address indicated on the returns form" the address is China. I think they trade with different names as the products they sell and what their web say is very similar. Some of these names are FTYS-London, (this is the one I got products from), Darello-London, Artisio, Handsome Dans, Original Fashion, among others. Be careful there are many others!
