Order was placed and then shipped from the uk to Denmark where it was then lost. According to the website all items are stored in the uk. No idea why it was sent to Denmark.
Refund took longer than expected but it finally arrived.
Theo was very helpful but be warned that items are not stocked in the uk so delivery times are much longer than stated and also not insured as they use basic royal mail.

Absolutely fantastic company. They have a range of top quality products at more than half the price of some well known companies and their customer service is incredible. I emailed them about a product that had stopped charging and they came back to me straight away, asked me to email proof and then sent out a replacement asap. Could not be happier. I have ordered from them a few times and no problems.

First refunded my shipping fees and then when that didn’t work they fully refunded the item and i have now placed the order again!

Got a product, worked well for about two months before it stopped working. Emailed their customer service, had to send a wee video of product not working and they quickly emailed back saying they'd send a replacement asap. No faffing about :)

Arrived quickly and safely. Quality was ok and it looked sooooo good on my g/f. Although the packaging was way too big for the item...what i ordered could of easily fitted through a letterbox.
