SingleFax is an online fax service from Monocube LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We send and receive faxes from a browser, email, WhatsApp, or our API. You do not need a fax machine, and you do not need a monthly plan to send once. Most customers come to us for one job that still has to go by fax: an IRS form, a closing package, a records request, a clinic referral. Upload a PDF, Word file, spreadsheet, or image, enter the destination, and pay if the fax is delivered. Domestic sending starts at $0.99 for up to 10 pages. If it does not go through, you are not charged. If you need a number of your own, keep one for 24 hours, 30 days, or for life, or take a monthly page pool when the office faxes every week. Email-to-fax is send@fax.delivery. We also prepare and fax common IRS filings, including EIN (SS-4), Forms 5472, 7004, 2553, 2848, and 4506-T. Covered entities can send protected health information on the website in HIPAA Secure Mode after signing an electronic BAA. We do not sell your documents and we do not stamp advertising on your cover sheet. Payments are processed by Stripe. Support, refunds, and product questions: info@singlefax.com or https://singlefax.com/support. If you used SingleFax, write what actually happened - what went through, what did not, and what we should do better.

Singlefax is the best fax service out there. They have an EIN application package under 20 dollar not only that they help each step of the way while filing the IRS form which in my case was an ss4 filing. The CEO, Mircea himself is directly helping me in my process. Other companies charge thousands for this kind of service.
