Great level of customer service
Excellent service and communication throughout. Nachi kept us regularly updated at every stage of the repair process, followed up proactively with the courier and service agents, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. The heater was returned repaired and the customer is very happy with the outcome. Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. SIP and World of power arranged the specifics, we were particularly grateful to have our old unit removed and disposed of as apart of the process. Both engineers were excellent, informed and very helpful. I felt confident knowing the machine had been properly commissioned and installed by the engineers. Grateful for the peace of mind. Thank-you to the whole team, excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

Products are brilliant however the customer services are EXTREMELY poor.
Question:
SIP 1706 Propane Space Heater product code 09291.
I have a large propane cannister, the hose is simply not long enough from the tank to the heater. Do you offer a 5m hose or can you tell me what:
- hose diameter I would require
- the connectors I would need to connect to both the regulator and heater.
Your help would be appreciated as at the moment, I cannot use the heater.
The Answer:
If you measure the diameter of the hose that you have and use the same regulator, if you get another hose that is safe to use with propane, this should be fine.
