AVOID!!! Sip PP960/280 pressure…
UPDATE STILL WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, JUST READ THEIR REPLY!!! BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR FAULTY GOODS!! DESPERATE COMES TO MIND, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing!! I have email stating hose is guaranteed for 3 months sent by them yesterday, totally contradicting their reply!! 🤡🤡
Purchased a sip PP960/280 pressure washer on 02/03/26 (yes less than 3 months ago) at a cost of £1679.99 from sitebox!
After using it only 3 times the hose has burst and frayed away causing water to spray from the burst when water pressure is applied after contacting SIP I’ve been informed hose is only guaranteed for 3 months but u can order a new one at a cost of £84!!! The hose is less than 3 months old!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! After service and customer service is appalling!!!!

Yes, accessories are covered by a 3 month warranty period, but only if they are found to have a manufacturing fault and have not been misused.
To clarify, hoses are considered consumable items and, as such, are not covered under warranty, regardless of how long the unit has been owned. The damage presented to us could be a result of the hose being rubbed against something or trapped when the machine has been in use.
By way of comparison, it would be similar to purchasing a car, using it a few times, experiencing a puncture, and expecting the manufacturer to replace the tyre.
The hose supplied with this particular model is a high-quality rubber component, designed to be more robust and durable than lower-cost plastic alternatives. As a result, we rarely receive concerns regarding its performance.
That said, our Customer Service Team, made the decision to supply a replacement hose to you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
For this reason, we are disappointed to see this negative feedback regarding our service, as we believe we have acted fairly and been supportive in this instance.
I can confirm that the replacement hose will be dispatched to you, and I hope this resolves the matter to your satisfaction.

Brilliant service
I bought a SIP 12" table saw 20 years ago and it has been absolutely fantastic and completely trouble free. Recently I dropped the fence and broke the fence handle. SIP identified and supplied the part as soon as I contacted them. Fantastic service and a great company

Sip petrol lawnmower
Excellent delivery which arrived quickly. Only let down by poor communication. When I phoned to ask why tracking had not been provided as expected, they were repeatedly unavailable and response to my email was very slow. Item arrived unexpectedly within hours of a reply which did not provide accurate information.
Brilliant lawnmower however. I would buy from SIP again.

Good hoover
Had Sip products before so was happy to go with this 50l vacuum.
Arrived quickly and was well packed. Easy to assemble and works well as a dust extractor which was my reason for purchase.
4 stars because my only down side is the length of hose which could do with being a bit longer and made of a more flexible plastic.
Had one many years ago which had longer hose and more flexible.
