Ruim van te voren kregen we dozen. Op de dag van verhuizing kwamen ze met 3 man en hebben ze hard gewerkt. Het ging vrij vlot! Wij hadden onze verhuisdatum ver van te voren gepland, maar omdat we in de binnenstad wonen hoorden we van de gemeente dat het niet op die dag (zaterdag) kon. We belden naar King Movers en al snel hadden we een nieuwe datum. Heel fijn geregeld!! Het waren erg aardige mannen die hard werkten. Meubels werden uit elkaar gehaald en in het nieuwe huis weer in elkaar gezet. Alles zonder beschadigingen. Al met al zeer tevreden.

Contacted them for a quote
I contacted Sirelo for a quote on an international move from Toronto to Scotland. In reply, they sent me a list of companies to contact and a volume calculator Excel sheet. Never once was I contacted by a real person and no one from the suggested companies ever called. Eight months later, I get a request to write a review asking if I was happy with my Sirelo Move? It appears that they haven't a clue as to who their customers even are. If they can't figure out who they have actually moved, I sure wouldn't be trusting them with all my earthly possessions.
If you are really moving and need a great company, call SantaFe Relocation Services in Texas and ask for Holly. Santa Fe is a real company, staffed by real people who care about you and your move. That's who I actually went with and I couldn't be happier!

Smear campaign against other removal companies!
Their website comparing other removal companies is an absolute scam. They literally refuse to publish positive reviews of their competitors, while negative reviews (no matter how offensive or fabricated) are published immediately. There is no way for a company to defend themselves; it is not possible to reply to reviews. When a review is reported, they do not react. They ignore all emails regarding this matter. You can try calling all day, they are never available. Absolutely DISGUSTING business practice- the only way they can get customers is to slander other removal companies!!

Thanks for taking the time for leave a review for Sirelo. It's unfortunate to hear that your moving company, Speedy Moves, has had a negative experience with out platform.
To address the concern you and your colleague had: Sirelo, as an independent platform, has a review system in place to protect both the people who post reviews and the movers themselves. Reviews must meet certain guidelines prior to publication and are all tested against the same criteria. All reviews are treated the same, whether the review is positive or negative has no bearing on whether it will be published. Additionally, all movers listed on Sirelo have the option to "claim their business" and leave a response to every review on their profile. Thus, we're curious as of why you mention that there's no way for a moving company to share their point of view about a particular review.
Lastly, keep in mind that all reviews are left by consumers. We do not rate companies.

Bedankt voor je feedback. Klanttevredenheid staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel dus we waarderen het als onze klanten het ons laten weten als we in de toekomst iets beter kunnen doen.
Uiteraard vinden we het vervelend om te horen dat je geen goede ervaring hebt gehad met ons platform. Dit hadden we graag anders gezien! Je geeft aan dat je review niet is gepubliceerd en dat er op e-mails hierover niet wordt gereageerd. We zouden je graag verder helpen. Echter hebben we ons systeem gecheckt om je review terug te vinden maar helaas kunnen we je naam uit deze Trustpilot review niet koppelen aan een review in ons systeem.
Indien je review niet is gepubliceerd, komt dit waarschijnlijk omdat deze niet door ons verificatieproces is gekomen. De klant krijgt hier van ons altijd bericht over.
Of een review negatief of positief van aard is, maakt hierbij niet uit. Sirelo is een onafhankelijk platform en daarom oordelen wij niet over de inhoud van een review. We voeren slechts een controle uit voor iedere review, om op deze manier zoveel mogelijk echte (en geverifieerde) reviews te kunnen publiceren.
