Above and beyond customer care experience
I am a delighted to be able to boast about my amazing experience with Sir Gordon Bennett and the excellent direct communications from Dan specifically. I purchased the Samuel Groves Saute Pan and a simple email to enquire about its delivery date generated a series of prompt and informative replies, all reassuring me that the pan was carefully being produced, made to order (as per the product description).
Without further prompting, Dan continued his superior customer support by emailing me to inform me it had shipped, and once again to confirm that it had safely arrived.
I have never experienced this high a level of customer support before and was very impressed overall. Dan and Sir Gordon Bennett went above and beyond. I very much hope to shop with them again in the near future.

From start to finish, the buying process was seamless with good communication through-out and with a personalised touch that is rare to see an on-line shopping experience (thank-you note included in parcel, item wrapped in crepe paper, post delivery follow-up to ensure satisfaction).
