Samuel Groves saucepan
I ordered a Samuel Groves saucepan and was surprised it hadn't arrived as usually orders from SGB are really prompt. After a couple of weeks I emailed and got a response straight away from Dan to say it was made to order, hence the delay. It arrived the day after and I must say the quality is outstanding, well worth the wait. SGB is my first choice website when looking for GB made quality items.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from your company regarding the repair of my Fox umbrella rib cage.
A few days ago, I sent an email outlining the issue I was facing with the rib cage of my beloved Fox umbrella. I was delighted to receive a prompt and courteous response from your customer support team. The level of professionalism and attentiveness demonstrated throughout the entire process was truly commendable.
Not only was I impressed by the promptness of your team's response, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the efficiency with which my concern was addressed
