Frustrating and very disappointing company

This is to share our experience to all that this Sir Jason Winters Tea Company is very very poor in service. We ordered Tea items worth 503 plus a priority mail cost of $53.97 it was dated 4/18/24 and did not received it till now. We tried to follow up on the said items but all the staffs that we speak with are all not helpful and don’t know what they’re doing. They left us hanging not knowing what happened to the products that we have ordered. Frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!!!!

We are very sorry you did not have a good experience with you order. We did have some shipping delays at that time period due to an influx of orders from a successful podcast. We notated the shipping delays on the website during the checkout process, so as to forewarn people of the shipping delay before they places their order. We also refunded you for double your shipping costs. Again, please accept our apologies and we hope to earn your business back in any way possible. We back to normal shipping schedules and orders are shipped within 1 – 2 business days.

I Love this tea

I Love this tea. My new morning routine is 1st a cup of coffee, then 2nd my new favorite Original blend with Chaparral. And another 1 hour before bed.

Good service

Good service. I just love the tea. So much cancer going around, I need to keep myself supplied. No worries it's always on time and never without it. Because of the tea, I'm alive. Keep up the good work. I give you ten stars.....
