Improved support and good pricing now 💯

- Good Pricing now, they have reduced price by additional 10-15 % for my package I contacted for discount by ticket.
- I faced downtime in February and March but from April my site Is stable after server update.

- Chat support is not too deep but ticket support is technical and problem solver. They say that soon chat support will also handle deep issues.

Writing this review after 1 year of usage. Site country has good pricing packages in premium and elite segments. Their large dedicated server are also great if you are looking for best priced solution under dedicated Hosting.
They have given me dedicated IP address in their elite plans which is what impressed me and made me write this review.

I'm writing this review to warn others about my experience with SiteCountry. While I understand occasional issues can arise, the frequency and severity of problems I encountered were unacceptable.

Frequent Downtime: My website experienced downtime for extended periods (6-8 hours) nearly every day. This significantly impacted my online presence and potential business.

Unannounced Changes: SiteCountry made changes to my server IP address without any notification. This can cause disruptions and require additional work to ensure everything functions properly.

SSL Certificate Issues: On multiple occasions, my website's SSL certificate inexplicably disappeared. This raises security concerns and can negatively affect user trust.

Slow Loading Times: Even when the website was accessible, page loading speeds were consistently slow, creating a poor user experience.

Unresponsive Support: Reaching customer support proved frustrating. Response times were slow, often exceeding a day after a website outage. Additionally, communication lacked resolution or clear updates on ongoing issues.

Overall:

Unfortunately, SiteCountry fell short in providing reliable and responsive hosting services. The constant downtime, unannounced changes, and lack of communication created a significant headache. I strongly recommend considering alternative hosting providers to ensure your website's stability and success.

Trustpilot should really consider adding a 0-star option for hosting companies like SiteCountry. They don’t even deserve a single star.

I can't find any words in the English language to fully express how awful their server and service quality are. Nearly every day, their server is down for 6 to 8 hours. They change your server IP address without informing you, and sometimes your SSL certificate just disappears. Most of the time, your pages take ages to load! When you reach out to their support, they say they’re checking or fixing the issue, and then they vanish. They might respond a day after your site goes down! Their service is terrible, and their servers are the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

They clearly don’t care about your business or your site. Their responsibility to customers is non-existent! I deeply regret buying their service.

So, please, don’t fall into their trap! SiteCountry is a total scam!

It's not the server-end issue, It happened due to lake of malware or code level security at the WordPress code level that also suggested by WP. Please ask your developer to check below points.

The issues you have might have multiple reasons
1. Changes done on the website by a non-technical person.
2. Malware in your or the developer's local system which synced to the website.
3. Use of free themes and plugins.

To overcome the issues please follow the below points

My recommendation is please don't buy their hosting its waste of money and waste of time.

1. पिछले 17 घंटों से साईट बंद हो गई, इनकी तरफ से रिप्लाई घंटों बाद आता रहा और तब जाकर समस्या ठीक हुई
2. सर्वर और साईट के साथ कुछ भी हो जाए, उसका ध्यान खुद से ही रखना पड़ता है बार-बार चेक करके जैसे कि डेटाबेस एरर
4. अपनी साईट को दुसरे सर्वर यानी होस्टिंग पर नहीं बदल सकते क्योंकि nameसर्वर अपडेट आप खुद नहीं बदल सकते
5. फ़ोन पर आपकी बात हो, इसकी कोई गारंटी नहीं
6. ब्लैक फ्राइडे जैसे त्योहारों पर इनके ऊपर इनता बोझ आता है कि आपके चैट का रिप्लाई घंटों बाद ही मिलना है और इसका कारण है इनके पास कर्मचारी कम होना
7. कर्मचारियों की संख्या इस कंपनी के पास कम होना ही इसकी मुख्य कमी है जो आने वाले समय में ठीक हो जाएगी
8. इसके अलावा होस्टिंग की स्पीड तो मुझे अच्छी मिली है और uptime साईट का अच्छा मिलता आ रहा है

Third class hosting don't buy they suddenly removed my domain and hardworking work was go to hell . Please don't buy this is fake all yt got a big amount to promote this Hosting don't buy i said don't buy use hostinger . I will go to hostinger is the best.

you can't change domain nameserver in domain, to change you have to use cloudfare . Server support is worst, almost take 24hrs to for a single reply.better to go with some other hosting .

Site country is not good i have purchased premium turbo plan 17 days ago i youtube sitecountry have invested on sponsorship video so don't go with this hosting buy other reputable or best hosting this is not good in youtube they told that site country have best customers support in reality you will not get the technical support in 5 hrs also you can check that make account on site country and give create any tickets token on technical team you will not get any reply try your self
