A note from our CEO: "I want to acknowledge some of the negative reviews we received earlier this year. I won't shy away from saying some of these criticisms are indeed justified, and I want to address them upfront.
In the last 12 months (particularly during 2022) we encountered issues around the clarity of communication concerning customs fees for international shipments. Some local tax authorities necessitate customs and duties payments (VAT) to import products into their respective countries. As an importer, you can either pay directly to the tax authority, pay to the delivery company (and they'll pay the tax authority), or pay us during the checkout process (and we'll pay the tax authority). Regardless, customs fees are an inevitable part of the process. Despite our attempts to clearly communicate this on our shipping page and cart, it appears this hasn't been as clear as we'd hoped, leading to discomfort among many. For this, I sincerely apologise.
What matters now is how we are working on this issue. We are actively finding ways to ensure that the customs fees don't spring up as unwelcome surprises.
Furthermore, we've revitalized our customer service department. We have dedicated and passionate customer service team who work full-time (around the clock) to ensure every query is answered, with an impressive goal of replying to all tickets within an hour. In fact, most tickets are currently answered within just five minutes.
We have just finished setting up a new warehouse in UK, to put us closer to our customers and make it easier to provide excellent service, with fast shipping and simplified exchanges. And we are working on our next location in Canada
Your feedback, both praise and criticism, is invaluable. It not only keeps us grounded but also provides insights into where we can improve. Rest assured, I have personally responded to all 16 reviews here on TrustPilot. This open dialogue enables us to do better by you, our valued customers.

Not only the best halo hair extension ever but likewise the best customer service ever! I mindlessly sent a querry to their instagram account like after midnight and was so shocked that i did get a reply straigh away and got all my questions answered. I was also assisted with expediting my order as i needed it for a certain occasion and my order arrived so quickly, it arrived 5 days before the date i needed to wear it. So got plenty of time to try it on and trim it. The quality is amazing and it does feel so natural. I got the fine halo for my very thin hair and it was perfect. I threw all my other halos in the bin after i tried this one on. hahaha Will be a lifetime customer here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
