Super helpful workers, AMAZING selection!
The selection of clothes was fabulous, from the second i entered the store I really didnt know where to start looking, i was greeted by Daniel (who was a star through my time shopping there) ensuring that he is in arms reach whenever I needed something. Not sure if it was because i was there on not such a busy day but the help i got from Daniel was instant which made my entire shopping experience there so much better. I really notice these things and the hospitality i got from him and the people working downstairs is rare to recieve nowadays. The next time i will be shopping in Birmingham, this shop is a MUST! Not sure if it was my own greed, or Daniels beautiful blue eyes as he was giving me recommendations for clothes that would suit me, i did end up spending more than I originally wanted to however there is not a single piece of clothing I regret. I recommend this shop for people that are unsure of what they want exactly as the wide range of different styles is amazing and i truly believe anybody no matter the age or gender of the person will be able to find something that suits them. Daniel also helped me setting up my unidays so that I can take advantage of my unidays discount which I wasnt even aware that I can do when i went up to the till.

It’s has been more than 10 days since I placed my order. I wanted shoes before holiday and they are still on the way.
Poor services from size and frankly very disappointed.
I would not recommend delivery from them to anyone interested in online options .

Callum the incredible
Callum , was a spectacular , incredible carring , going off above and beyond with support of finding shoes especially then during a hen due, girl is stuck with heels.
Couldn't recommend him enough for his kind, happy and smiling nature and continued to support confidence in looking good in converse shoes.
Please give him a raise as he is a wonderful guy and very adaptive in caring to his customer needs.
