I went to the Carnaby Street store…
I went to the Carnaby Street store there was no customer service staff members were just standing around talking to each other try on replacements but got no joy. When it was time for my refund the cashier was very unhelpful.

Size delivered my order to my doorstep…
Size delivered my order to my doorstep all the way from UK to India.
However a little note for the Shipping partner that is DPD from UK and DTDC from India, they damaged the shoe box a little bit, also DTDC charged additional Rs490 for delivering it to my doorstep.
I was worried about my order as i paid 100 Euros + Forex charges in advance….but overall happy with Size as they delivered my order.
