Such an informative course and Helen our instructor was very enthusiastic and approachable. At the start of the course I was nervous and apprehensive but after Helens support and teachings I'm confident that I can tackle any emergency efficiently.

Ben was a great trainer. I learnt a lot from him during the 3 day course and he was very knowledgeable. He answered every question we threw at him and he was a really down to earth guy! thank you Ben, come back to Principality again!

The information was helpful but the course activities were all sedentary with little or no movement. Please integrate something where we move our bodies; it's about mental health and wellbeing after all!

The input sessions seemed to go off at tangents regularly and it wasn't clear what the focus was. I would like a clearer focus. Some anecdotes can be helpful but there can be too many.

The videos were often AI and this was very distracting and demotivating. When we're being encouraged to be more human, to connect, be empathetic etc., it is quite frankly bizarre that the videos are soulless AI with unconvincing facial movements. Horrible horrible horrible.
I recommend mental health first aid courses, but there's plenty of scope for this to be improved.

The course was informative, engaging and well delivered - I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises to help build confidence in handling real-life situations. Our trainer, Ben, was knowledgeable, approachable and explained everything clearly, making the course easy to follow.

Our group had a great instructure who struck the right balance when training us on a a very serious topic but keeping the atmosphere in the room light and positive. He got great group engagement out of us and created a space where everyone felt comfortable to talk, ask questions and share experiences.

Really great trainer, friendly, patient (no pun!) with us and really informative. Very encouraging with us and explained things in an easy way to follow and listen. Had a great time, our group was fun and made the 3 days go by fast. Thanks so much.

Really good course. It helped me learn what I need to do or look out for as a first aider at work. Donna was a brilliant instructor and made everything clear. Highly recommend doing this course
