Confidence in actually going forward
The confidence SJS gave me in going up against my landlord was amazing when I didn’t think I could do it. They helped me so much with actually getting my landlord to take action with the repairs I needed doing in my home. SJS do everything in there power at the end of it all to get you the right compensation your entitled too. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and I will 100% be using them again in future if ever needed. Couldn’t thank there team enough if I tried! Thank you again very much.

Amazing
I dealt with Michael to complete a housing disrepair claim and he was amazing from start to finish. He kept me informed with regular updates so I was never left wondering what was going on in any step of the progress and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Cant recommend enough

Sjs legal have been first class service
Sjs legal have been brilliant from the first phonecall we had together , and we are now close to the end .
Please don't be worried at all talking to this company as they do everything for you , my house had a lot of damp and mould in most rooms I've never been in arrears with rent so thought after nearly 26 years of the above problem I'd had enough so approached Sjs legal and have never looked backed.
My housing association have made a good offer and I've expected it so will be decorating the whole house etc with the money.

Barrister was ill prepared for the case resulting in not been able to answer the judge’s questions who then reduced the claim to the small claims court not the result we were looking for
