Fantastic service from start to finish. The whole process of purchasing our hot tub was smooth, prompt, and completely stress-free. The tub itself is absolutely marvellous and exceeded our expectations. Any questions we’ve had were answered quickly - they’re always at the end of the phone and genuinely so helpful. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo scelto una hot tub Skärgårds dopo aver valutato diverse marche. È innegabile che il design sia straordinario: elegante, essenziale, molto più bella rispetto a molte alternative sul mercato.
Ma sarebbe riduttivo dire che la nostra decisione si è basata solo sull’estetica.
Ciò che ci ha convinto davvero è stata la qualità costruttiva, la sensazione di solidità dei materiali e la cura dei dettagli. Un prodotto pensato per durare, non solo per “fare scena”.
Un capitolo a parte merita l’assistenza in fase di acquisto, che ha fatto una differenza enorme. Matteo Montagnani è stato impeccabile: competente, disponibile e incredibilmente paziente. Ci ha guidato nella scelta con consigli sinceri e mai forzati, ha organizzato la consegna in modo perfetto e ha risposto con chiarezza a ogni nostro dubbio, anche quelli più minuti.
Oggi siamo pienamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Non possiamo che ringraziare Skärgårds per il prodotto e Matteo Montagnani per aver trasformato un acquisto importante in un’esperienza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore.

Great hot tub
Great hot tub. We visited the factory in Åmål, and the showroom were on a platform in the manufacturing hall. We got a very friendly reception with good information and advice. Ended up with the Panel 220 that was delivered well before promised time. The hot tub is beautiful, works perfect and we enjoy it immensely. Absolutely recommended.

Skargards hot tubs are top quality! Beautifully designed tubs that are a real luxury and is the “Pièce de résistance“ of my garden project. The service provided from pre to post sale has been excellent, the team have promptly responded to any questions I’ve had and the delivery timing and customer care was excellent.

Allt har fungerat utmärkt, från beställning till leverans, ett litet smolk i bägaren skall dock noteras, transportbolaget hade lite svårt att återkomma med leveranstid, med tanke på att det krävs några händer för att bära in tunnan är det ju bra att veta....Dock inte Skärgårdstunnans fel. Enkel att få på plats och enkel att använda, riktigt skönt med bad en stjärnklar kväll med snö på marken:)

Absolute Kaufempfehlung
Alle meine Fragen zur Ausstattung, den Anschlüssen und der Inbetriebnahme wurden vom Kundenservice im Vorhinein zu meiner höchsten Zufriedenheit, sehr fachmännisch beantworten. Die Lieferung des Badefasses war prompt und das Aufstellen sehr einfach. Das Badefass ist sehr durchdacht und qualitativ hochwertig ausgeführt. Ich verwende es auch im Winter und bin froh, dass ich die Thermoabdeckung bestellt hatte. Damit ist das Badefass in wenigen Stunden angenehm warm und nach neuerlichem Abdecken am Abend und einer nochmaligen Ofenfüllung ist es am nächsten Morgen auf im Winter (zb Aussentemperatur -5 Grad Celsius) ohne neuerliches Aufheizen über 35 Grad warm. Ich kann der Firma zu diesem Produkt nur gratulieren!

Vi er svært fornøyde med badestampen
Vi er svært fornøyde med badestampen. Den er lett å fyre opp i ovnen, varmer godt og holder svært godt på varmen. Vi har testet den i ca. –6 grader, og oppvarmingstiden var rundt 3,5 time. Stampen oppleves som solid og godt bygget, og utformingen er praktisk og enkel å bruke. Alt i alt har den gjort hytteoppholdet vårt enda bedre, og vi gir den 5 stjerner.

Great hot tub design & build.
The company has a great web site which greatly assists making an informed decision as regards which product to choose. Great communication prior to delivery and am really impressed with the quality and build of the hot tub. Pleased we choose Skangards. Does help to have 4 or 5 able bodied friends to manoeuvre the tub into position off the delivery pallet. It is fairly heavy and awkward so good site preparation ahead of delivery is essential!
