First time ordering with Ski3Up - will definitely use again! Placed an order online for a helmet. Contacted by telephone the same day to be advised that the last one had been sold and the website hadn't been updated. Most apologetic. Sent photos of suitable alternatives. The final helmet chosen arrived the next working day.

Excellent customer service
Website easy to use and check out simple. The equipment for sale was so reasonably priced I thought the quality may not be so good but I was wrong. Good quality and very reasonably priced.
I would also like to mention customer service. I sent an email as I had made an error and missed something on the order. I received a phone call 5 minutes later and they posted me the missing items the next day and he called me to confirm it was in stock and he would post it to me. Thank you for your excellent customer service

Great little company!
Great little company, nothing to much trouble.
Problem solved. Quick delivery, well packed.
Too old for skiing but bought base layers to drop heating bills. WORKS!!!
