Ski Butlers is top notch—they went above and beyond, made communication a breeze, and took care of everything we needed. Absolutely recommend and will use them again.

Ski Butler is the best in the business. We used them last year for a group of 10+ in Lake Tahoe and again this year in Whistler, and both experiences were outstanding. Everything was ready right when we arrived, and the fitting process was extremely quick and easy, even with a large group. On our last ski day, I simply sent a text and the rentals were picked up seamlessly. I couldn’t ask for a better or easier process, especially when coordinating for so many people. Highly recommend Ski Butler to anyone looking to make their ski trip smooth and stress-free.

We had a Ski Butler come to our condominium today to fit Me and our sons for skis, his name was Tyler and he did an amazing job!

Very bad customer service. Had my skis rented for months before hand, then ski butlers called me the week of my ski trip to cancel our order. Due to lack of supplies. When I ordered a month in advance. So umprofessional. They couldn’t do any thing to get new skis for my trip. Very disappointed and had trouble with service before. Try a different ski rental.

This Ski Butlers is 5 Star for me.why, if I saw his rating is excellent.no doubt about it...

I had one their drivers back into my parked car and she caused damage to my car. She tried to deny it at first but then admitted to it. I tried dealing with the managers and owners but they were all very rude and not helpful in getting my car fixed. I had to file a police report. It’s amazing that they have no ethics or moral values in the owners and employees of Ski Butlers.
I suggest people stay away from this company. There are better companies out there.

Easy to work with, friendly, kind to my 7 year old. Quality of equipment was good. It makes a lot of sense to "rent" for the season when you've got young kids who are growing so quickly. Everyone I dealt with was professional, but not in an impersonal way - good company.
