The topic was very completed, the trainer had a good knowledge about SAFe.

I'd like more examples, to understand better.

Great Communication with reminders including links to all the necessary infomation, as there is a lot of info to reference and several tools needed to participate in the training. All of those were provided multiple times at appropriate milestones in the 2 day training.

I liked the mix of breakout rooms and large group discussion. The instructor did a great job of asking questions of the group, so the format was engaging and interesting.

Entire course was very well planned with Content, exercises and breaks. At no point I felt bored or dis-interested. Trainer was very well experienced and informal enough to make you comfortable.
Highly recommend this.

The international aspect of this company was not transparent enough. My company was billed extra, albeit minimal, due to international exchange rate(?). Then when I dialed into Zoom call- I didn't realize it was international number and got a personal cell phone bill of $100. I'd advocate for clarity on these charges for folks outside of Canada. Also - I don't mind putting a name to my review, but creating an account to review Skillbrook was my resistance to reviewing.

Steve Spearman was absolutely amazing to learn from. He’s very detail oriented, patient, and provides easy to understand examples. His interactive teaching style enables participants to grasps concepts more effectively. I highly recommend taking the class. I paid for it out of pocket and it was well worth it!

This was an awesome SAFe POPM clas led by Harry and Siobhan! They covered so much information and prepared us successfully for the exam. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

I recently completed the SAFe POPM course with Harry and Siobhan as the instructors. Harry is not only an incredible instructor with extensive knowledge but he also has impressive relatable experiences.

An overall fantastic experience. Harry and Siobhan are the ultimate trainers and experts in SAFe POPM. Their knowledge and expertise are extensive, and they make concepts easy to understand with lots of examples and visuals. They are very thorough, give honest feedback, answer any and every question, and take extra time to make sure everything is understood.
Looking forward to future courses.

Class covered the scrum plus real life use cases and techniques and topped off with exam prep. The instructor was engaging, very well prepared, and brought interactive group activities to keep the class going. Plenty of additional materials and resources were provided as well.
I felt very prepared after this class and passed the exam immediately - job well done!

The 2 days workshop was well organized. The communication was very clear with regards to the meeting details and prerequisites etc.

Steve Spearman was our coach and he was very knowledgeable and able to answer everyone's questions in detail. he made sure to spend time answering everyone's questions without compromising the planned topics in the workshop. He had planned it very well with regular breaks and breakout activities which really engaged everyone without getting bored.

The quiz sessions were very helpful and interactive. it helped with the questions in the post-workshop exam.

One suggestion to Skillbook, it would be great if you can maintain a portal and provide access to the members so that we can have some KB articles and can clarify questions via chat, etc. this is being done by all other academies, so I feel it's a must to have feature.

other than that, overall it was a wonderful experience.

The CSM class was enlightening, and it was taught so we could learn the concepts not just pass a test! Steve Spearman did a great job.
