Unacceptable Delay:
I placed my order over a month ago, and the status has remained “processing” ever since. No shipment, no updates, no resolution.
Lack of Communication:
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I receive the same vague response: “Your order is being processed.” No explanation, no timeline, no accountability.
No Transparency:
The company fails to provide clear information about delays or logistics. I have no idea when — or if — I’ll receive what I paid for.
Poor Customer Experience:
The entire process has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected professionalism and reliability, but received neither.
Recommendation:
