The PMI course delivered by Elvira was clear, well-structured, and methodical. We had the honor off having a two day training hosted by Elvira on peer coaching. She really delivered the message, she lived the matter and showed passion and extreme broad knowledge on several adjacent areas. There is really nothing to add or improve upon her style and the content of her training. Maybe only the fact that due to her drive and the vast knowledge she holds she can get very enthusiastic and starts talking very fast.
