My Dr.V Rattan Skincare Experience
I have been using Dr. V Rattan skincare products as part of my daily routine for around 3 years, and I’m genuinely very happy with the results. I have dry and sensitive skin, so finding products that suit my skin without causing irritation is not easy.
I use the products regularly in both my morning and evening routine, and they have helped keep my skin feeling hydrated, soft and well-nourished. I especially like how the products work together as a complete skincare routine rather than needing to use too many different brands.
My skin feels smoother, healthier and more comfortable since I started using Dr. V Rattan. I would definitely recommend the range, especially to anyone with dry or sensitive skin who is looking for a consistent daily skincare routine.

The most important thing for people to know is that as afirst timer using Dr V Rattan products, and my experience so far has been very positive. I
I have just started using Dr V Rattan products, and as a first-time customer, my initial experience has been very positive.
I was particularly impressed with the presentation and packaging. Each product was beautifully and carefully packed in its respective bottle, giving the whole set a premium and professional feel.
I purchased the complete skincare set, and although I have only recently started using it, I can already notice a difference compared with my previous skincare products, which I had been using for over five years.
Dr V Rattan products are definitely more expensive than what I was previously using, but based on my experience so far, I feel that the quality makes them worth the investment. I am looking forward to continuing with the full routine and seeing the results over time.
So far, a very promising first experience!

Thank you for your message. To clarify, the parcel was not stolen - an incorrect door number was entered in the shipping address at checkout.
You mentioned you input the correct address, but we can see this was the billing address, not the shipping address.
This can sometimes happen unintentionally due to saved browser addresses, autofill, autocorrect or previously stored checkout information. However, the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase also showed the same shipping address, confirming that these were the delivery details submitted with the order.
Once you confirmed that the parcel could not be retrieved, we issued a full refund on 8 August. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and hope this clarifies what happened.

Very happy with my Berry Lipstick
Very happy with my experience and easy to buy. I am happy with the product I received. The packaging is lovely. The lipstick looks big, but it fitted perfectly into my makeup bag. I will look into purchasing another colour at some point. However, I want to see how this performs. My lips have started to get a little darker when it used to be pink. I feel like I have invested not just in makeup, but in my health. So glad that this lipstick has created and available for purchase. I bought the Berry and it looks and feels good on.

Helping restore my skin balance & moisture
I love all the products which are helping me with hyperpigmentation issues. I wish that you could ship to Zimbabwe or South Africa as I always need to find someone in the UK to receive and bring for me, meaning I have to buy in bulk and not sure of the expiry dates. Otherwise overall I am really happy with the products 🩷!
