I placed a major order during their Labor Day 20% cashback promotion, but their system only credited the default 5%. Getting it fixed required chasing support for weeks, only to deal with their clunky website and split the difference into multiple codes that wouldn't stack at checkout. Extremely frustrating and poorly managed. There are plenty of authorized, professional skincare retailers out there—I will not be ordering from SkinCrew again

I asked for express and it was shopped 4 days later. Unfortunately i left snd had to leave it.

Ordered five items and was charged immediately.
After seven days, there was no update on processing, fulfillment, or shipping, and customer service was unresponsive. I ultimately had to dispute the charge. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

I ordered the product 12 days ago. I have yet to received even a notice of shipping, but that hasn't stopped your company from spamming my inbox. STOP.

You would have gotten 5 stars, but my order was suspected of fraud and not filled until I checked several weeks after I ordered it. Your customer service people solved the problem and sent it poste haste. Lorna Flynn

My order was incomplete. Dual facial treatment system with one of the components missing. Skincrew refused to acknowledge the mistake.
