Love the light blue cleanser, my skin feels and looks amazing after it, especially when used for the 7 minutes as a mini mask.
I’m only a few days into using the red one but like it so far.

Feels nice on my skin but do not like the smell (smells like something off!! ) a little bit expensive when you have to get all the cleansing bottles. Will continue to use to see if I see an improvement in my skin

Fast, effective delivery

The customer service is AWFUL. I received incorrect product and have been chasing a solution with over a week and the response I keep receiving is that Denise is waiting for a reply from the warehouse. I can’t believe there isn’t a procedure in place as errors occur, we are all only human but this is unacceptable in my opinion. The incorrect item needs to be returned at their expense and the correct item issued. Simple. Can’t fault products, been using with months, but this experience is terrible. Terrible.

Products missing from order. Raised a case over a week ago and no response. I love the products but very dissatisfied with the aftercare response.
Will have to look into chargeback with my bank if they remain unresponsive.

Started using full range start Nov & my skin has improved greatly. Also got night cream this week. My reason for holding back star is terrible packaging. Pump doesn't work some products. Also I'm travelling in Jan so cannot take as too big/heavy/bulky. Love colours & numbers system.
