Although the coffee wasn't to my taste, I did find the customer service to be great. I received my order quickly and received prompt replies to emails, which surprised me after reading the reviews. I can't comment on if the coffee actually works, although if used as directed and in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise, I feel like it could definitely benefit. My overall experience was very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend were someone looking for this type of thing.

Tons of reviews I have read are people upset about the reoccurring monthly charges for the auto shipment. But if you actually read the fine print on what you order it explains it’s on auto shipment. Also any Weight loss product is not gonna work if you eat junk and you don’t exercise. You do need to have somewhat of a nutritional diet and get up and move, walk etc. I’ve been using the skinny brew Coffee and I’ve already lost weight. I absolutely love it. It gets me through the entire day energize focused I love the stuff.

Complete con. Tried to free trial. Didn’t work at all.
The trial automatically signed me up to a subscription, I tried to end this but didn’t work, for sent the coffee and was told I would have a refund once they receive it.
Over a month later they are claiming this hasn’t been received and won’t refund me.
DO NOT USE!

Ordered last Aug 11, product hasn’t arrive yet. Not happy. Review before product comes is not really helpful.

I tried the 7 day espresso shots and wasn’t able to finish them all.You have to drink them straight away which is difficult since it’s hot and it turns to glucose almost instantly. The taste is too strong and made me gag. Defo wouldn’t recommend.

In the past I have had their 28 day program which tasted great - especially the mocha flavour! I'd get behind that again and I started to see results before I ran out.
This time I ordered the 7 day weight loss programme. It does fill you up more pre-meal if taken as directed so I imagine the results wouldn't be hard to get. The most difficult aspect is the flavour and texture. Due to the ground konjac in it (which expands in your stomach), it has a gelatinous grainy texture as it hydrates. The coffee taste itself is a heavily earthy flavour. Worth a try if you can get past it but three cups a day proved difficult for me.

The reviews don't lie.. Most of what these women went through I have experienced also, and some more difficult than others. I started out with the 7 day intense followed by BUT ONE HAD TO STAY DEDICATED..Results are real and lasting. Will continue to purchase

Horrific sevice, still haven’t received my order and it’s been 2 months. Contacted your team and they told me I’d just have to wait offered nothing else. I’m appalled

I was lucky enough to receive a free sample of this. I'm so pleased I did. Day 6, in conjunction with a well known diet plan that I always follow - and I've put on 2lb. I don't have any more energy, I'm not less bloated. Very disappointed.

Just got my valentus optimum dark roast coffee today. My first cup of coffee was black no milk and I have to say taste was so nice. Can't wait to have my next cup in the morning early I'm going to see will I loose weight early days but I will tell you more if this coffee works for me

I am on my day 5 and have lost 4kg already.Only excersize I'm doing is walking.Im feeling less hungry and energise.Also-it has stopped my sugary cravings.This is only thing that worked in past year(I have tried running,no eating after 6pm,eating less sugary things but have only managed to loose a 1kg).We will see what the results will be after a month but so far I'm very 😊

Like other reviewers, I signed up for the free coffee and then received an e-mail informing me that £30 had been taken from my account. I immediately replied to the e-mail asking for my order to be cancelled. They replied saying, my subscription had been cancelled.

I received my coffee today and returned it by post. I’ll have to wait and see if my £30 will
be refunded.

The customer service is dire as there’s no telephone number to contact, just an e-mail
address which I suspect may be automated. The only positive is that others have had a similar experience

Con you into a subscription!! No account made no way of cancelling it. Just keep taking money for coffee I don’t want! Ridiculous!!!

Tells me my order shipped on June 11th, but still haven’t received it. They won’t answer any emails and there doesn’t seem to be a customer service number I can call. Very disappointed!

I purchased over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my coffee.

I have not received it said it was sent on the 10th of June.

I have used skinny coffee previously and i lost 5 stone and managed to get pregnant naturally ( i was told it would never happen) I used skinny coffee alongside a vegan an gluten free diet and it worked amazingly, i felt so good after losing all that weight! so I am now back on it to lose my baby weight 😁

Iv been exercising for 1 hour each day and eating healthy meals along with skinny coffee and haven't lost a single lbs. Really dissapointed with it costing so much to. Don't know what I'm doing wrong :-(

Makes you go to the loo a lot. Doesn't do anything unless you exercise more than usual. Just drink normal black coffee and exercise instead, you'll have the same results.
