SkinnyMe Chocolate Opiniones 

I signed up for a free sample (with $4.95 shipping). I realised this sample purchase entered me into a subscription agreement, but I have often tried product samples and then decided whether to continue the subscription or not. Never have I experienced the kind of bait & switch that I did with SkinnyMe.
The chocolate arrived and was good, but when I went to log into my account to look into the subscription options, I realised that I had no login information, nor had I received any email confirmation of the sample order or any shipping notifications.
Attempts to reset my password failed. I finally sent an email to the company and receievd a message several days later telling me that I need to call the company to make any changes to my order.
In the meantime, I was charged $34.99 for the "free" bag of chocolate, and customer service told me that I was charged for the "free sample" because I had failed to cancel the subscription within 7 days.
Since when does a company penalise you for STAYING a customer?! I may have even kept my subscription had they not charged me for me free sample- the chocolate really is good.

After a good deal of arguing, the customer service rep agreed to refund the charge and cancel my subscription (hopefully that will actually happen, since as of yet I still have received no email confirmation of any communication with the company nor access to my account.)

I requested a free trial of skinny me chocolate and was charged $34.99 on my CC not happy looks like I got hurt more than others. investigating how to fight this

I have to avoid Carbs because of Candida and I now have something to satisfy my hungry cravings without a reaction. This is my third order, I don't want to run out!
They are so delicious! Sweetened with safe Stevia.

I ordered a free trial of chocolate from skinny me and never received an order confirmation but I was charged $4.95 on my credit card for shipping. I've reached out to them by email and waiting for a reply. If I do not hear back from them I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney Generals office in New York. I refused to be scammed. Times are too tough these days. It's terrible that these companies are so greedy and devius.

I just bought this chocolate for my cousin’s Birthday, which was March 8th. She just turned 87years old. She is a diabetic.

This company is a joke. January 29th I signed at this company an ordered the free trial bag they had no problem taking the $4.95 shipping/handling out of my bank account. So I waited an waited still no chocolate so I contacted them an customer support(Wyatt) sent me an e-mail saying it's on the way. So on february 10th I decided to cancel the subscription. Talked with someone in customer support they cancelled my subscription an was suppose to refund me my $4.95. As of today March 20th still no $4.95 has been refunded. I called them today March 20th they claim they did send the refund I even went back thru my bank acct. records I never did receive the $4.95 an they told me nothing they can do about it, cause they did send. This company is terrible. I'm not sure what is going on with this company, but I wish I would have read the reviews about them. The sad part about all this I seen this company on someone's Facebook Freebies/Samples etc... So now I know everything on Facebook ain't legit.

Quality tasting no sugar added milk chocolate squares. Will definitely buy again and hoping to find locally in stores.

It’s amazing 45 calories chocolate. I want try more flavors in future. I would anybody looking for low calorie sugar free candy

I have been buying candy from SkinnyMe chocolate for over a year. I first started doing so because I have diabetes, and indeed it doesn't raise my blood sugar levels. I have continued being a customer also because the taste is great, and my family loves them as well.

The bag of chocolate that I received was the dark chocolate squares and it was immaculate! It was very smooth and tasted great! Will definitely be looking at getting more!

(1) Absolutely delicious (although I've never had bad chocolate), but the fact that it's healthier than regularly sold chocolate is a great reason to buy this chocolate. (2) Customer service was excellent. (3) The only thing I want to point out is to be aware is that the "free trial" is only good for 7 days after delivery. (4) Finally...chocolate that I can eat without feeling guility. Thank you SkinnyMe Chocolate.

SPAM Merchants
I am relentlessly spammed by this company and they use devious practices to get around spam filters. I never gave them my email address so they bought it from an underground merchant or are employing a spam factory to send out marketing. Based on those practices alone it is easy to see that these are people who cannot be trusted.
Conclusion: Do NOT buy anything from these scumbags

I have been enjoying these chocolates for several years (prior to Covid-19) and my favorite is the Exotic Sea Salt Squares. My favorite way to enjoy them is to melt them in the packet and drink the chocolate. Kind of strange but very tasty. But, don’t allow the chocolate to reharden as it changes the taste.
I love that they use the Stevia/erythritol sweetener.

I was sent a trial bag of the chocolate and all of a sudden i started getting bags every month. I don't even like the taste, I never once got a receipt for what they were charging me. i had no idea if i was being charged $10 or
$50 and because am so busy at work, i was not able to spend the time researching how to contact customer service.

I have eaten, and my friends that visit like it as well. I try to keep some on hand, but sometimes even my grandkids love it, and so much better than all that sugar. Even if I still make that peanut butter fudge every year for some. This is one of the very best that I have ordered, kinda pricey but for special occasions ok

Cannot order online as they will not accept your credit card. Tried multiple times multiple cards. Now done with them, very poor customer service.

This is a scam!!! I thought I was just trying it for the cost of shipping.(4.99)You need to read the small print! You are really signing up for continuous shipments for 34.99 a bag. I didn’t cancel within 7 days so what I thought was a trial sample cost (39.98)! I lot for a bag of chocolate! When I got my trial bag it was totally melted so I had to throw it away. I immediately e-mailed Skinny Me and I got crickets! Jeanne

Sent in for a free trial then ordered a bag which was delivered melted. Little did I know 30 days latter I received another bag, apparently they set me up for a subscription, went to web site to cancel but no info on how to do so. I called the number provided and they proceeded to suggest extending receiving times after being told I wanted to cancel the subscription. I am not sure how this and other companies seem to be able to get away with this but I guess I got what I paid for.
