I had a fantastic experience at Skin On You Pharmacy. The service was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and highly professional from start to finish. The staff really take the time to listen and provide expert advice, which made me feel confident and well cared for. On top of that, their prices are very competitive, offering great value without compromising on quality. I would highly recommend Skin On You Pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable and professional service!

The worst people you could ever work with.
I made 2 orders. One came missing items worth £120 and they never answered my emails or whatsapp messages to replace or refund. The second order had 4 items with 3 weeks before expiry date! When I contacted them they told me it was discounted so it was obvious - claiming the description says it, which it doesn’t. I told them to refund or return and they never replied.
I am trying to reclaim my money through the bank now.

During the time of your orders, two key members of our customer service team were unexpectedly affected by a conflict in the Middle East. This led to a temporary loss of communication/no internet and access to our systems. As soon as we were back online, we worked through all pending messages and orders as quickly as possible.
For your order, these items were part of a discounted offer due to their shorter expiry dates. We aim to make this clear in the product description so you can make an informed choice before purchasing. However, again, due to the timing even though our team had mentioned this in the description, we offered the refund. Although late due to us not being available.
Once we regained access, your case was reviewed straight away. A full refund was processed on the same day and released without delay.
We understand your frustration and are sorry for the disruption caused during this period. We remain committed to clear communication, fair resolutions, and consistent service.

Please be aware that this pharmacy appears to be a serious scam. I placed an order for over £800 with next-day delivery, but the items were never sent. I spent more than a week chasing them. They avoided answering my messages and did not pick up the phone.
I have now contacted my bank and an investigation has been opened in order to try to recover my money. After looking further into this company, it appears that the pharmacy may already be bankrupt.
They sent me an email claiming that they issued a refund, but I have never received any refund. The email contained no proper confirmation and the money has not returned to my account.
Please do not order from this pharmacy. I will be reporting this case to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), which regulates pharmacies, and also to the Action Fraud team for further investigation.
Stay safe and please be careful before sending money to them 🙏
