Although one of the products I ordered didn’t fit and there is not smaller sizes. I was really happy with the quality and customer service I received.

I purchased the lockdown hood. The quality of the hood is excellent except for the laces to cinch it tight. I think they are a little too thin and didn’t come with ends to keep the laces from slipping through the grommet holes. Also, I didn’t get the locks that the description said they came with. (Not that big of a deal). The straps and buckles are of excellent quality, thick and heavy duty. It did take a while to get shipped to the US, but that was made very clear before I ordered it. One thing I did do was replace the gag with my own inflatable gag to make it more strict. I love this hood, and would definitely recommend it.

All items less 1 were ready, the item from Watford took quite a bit longer to arrive, so I will need to make the trip twice now.

I ordered some gloves which unfortunately ripped when tried on. I’m fully aware of latex products and realise this can happen. However it’s the way skin two deal with issues that I appreciate, their customer service is second to none. ,

The jock strap with the zip front fits very well and keeps everything held in and feeling secure. The only problem with them is that because it's made of latex, there's no protective flap on the back of the zip to keep your wife or girlfriend from sending you to A & E if they get a bit too carried away and want to get to you quickly in the heat of passion.
