Having had a very negative experience last year when we booked our ski holiday with you we were very sceptical about booking again , however Ned Muir was excellent , he was prompt at responding and obviously provided a competitive quote , it was a totally different experience to our previous booking last year .

I just laid out what we were looking for and James provided some great options that met our desires that we got to pick from. It was easy and took out a lot of the unknowns.

I found Ski Solutions online and they were truly excellent. Clare was incredibly professional and has clearly been in the industry for a long time. We have been booking chalets for years and Clare has been by far the best agent we have dealt with. She knew the ski areas very well and was very helpful in finding chalets which would cater for babies (cots, access, size of bedrooms etc.). Ski Solutions carried out thoroughly due diligence on the chalet we were looking at booking before taking our deposit payment - she really went above and beyond in all respects.

Ski Solutions are quick efficient and have come up with great ideas for our holiday. The company is aptly named.

We've booked three or four trips now for a party of 12 people with Ski Solutions. Good at understanding requirements, not at all pushy (we've gone through same rep - Emily - each time) and good after sales support up to travel date. I don't perceive that you pay any more using them as an agent and saves a lot of time and hassle. Can usually get a discount and/or some extras thrown in.
