I made an order for a coffee machine. When it arrived in Cyprus I was informed that the dimensions of the package do not allow for delivery to a Skroutz point. The option then was the 'final mile' delivery, and lo and behold my address wasn't within the area they deliver to, neither was a neighbour (considering this was central Paphos their delivery area can't be very big). The only option then was to cancel and receive a refund. Given that Skroutz know the dimensions of the products on their site, and they know the dimensions of their collection points, you would think that their website could advise that the final mile is the only option and then check the address to see if this was within the delivery area. This would have saved a lot of hassle for them and me. All in all a complete waste of time!

worst experience ever... I was waiting for days for my order and everyday it showed the current date as the delivery day and I should someone to receive the package because they deliver at working hours... There were no way to arrange date/time for delivery, no customer service, no-one to answer the phone and the drivers don't see the custom pin on the map when the user set it because google maps doesnt show correctly the house based on the address. Worst platform ever, never again.

What do you expect when you choose to buy from a company named as such? I ordered 2 bambo blinds. We expected them 4 days ago 28.7.26. However, I was informed the"item was too large." for the drop box. Should they not know these details beforehand? I gave my address. They said they would not deliver to my address. I offered to meet them ANYWHERE, at the drop box even....Then I had an email stating they would deliver to my house. We waited in ALL day. Excited. They could not give a time. Guess what? No delivery. They said they could not deliver to me, after all and added "sorry, we can imagine how frustrating (and patronising and useless we are), I mean, this is. I was asked to give a new address, so I gave my friends address, much to her irritation and inconvenience. She waited in for it. Last mile courier rang her door bell, she went to answer. They had already run off. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager. Nothing. Same automated phrases in reply. The email and the web site are as unknown to one another as any arse from its elbow. I wonder if the owner of Skroutz is aware of what a shambles it is and how quickly they will fail as a result. The first order I ever made, a gift, arrived in Cyprus from Greece and without asking me they sent it straight back as it was cream not white. I would not have minded. I should have known better thanntontrust them a second time. Never ordering from them again. I am sure, like many many others before and after me. Incompetent company. Temu and Shein MILES better...

Παρήγγειλα από το skroutz τη Δευτέρα 8/6 με εκτιμώμενη παράδοση μέχρι την Πέμπτη 11/6 Η παράδοση καθυστέρησε και μεταφέρθηκε για τη Δευτέρα 15/6, αλλά δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε ούτε τότε προσπαθούσα να εποικινωνησω μαζί με το κατάστημα αλλά ούτε καν ασχολήθηκαν με αποτέλεσμα να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία ειλικρινά δεν έχω ξανά βιώσει πιο μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία στην ζωή μου και συνιστώ σε όλο τον κόσμο να μην κάνει το λάθος ποτέ να παραγγείλει από το skroutz

They kept delaying my laptop order for more almost a month, without contacting the seller, and without confirming the date of pickup. Shameless support who never actually answers to your question. Be very careful when you order any expensive electronics from them. Many of their merchants like MG Manager keep no stock, and will delay your order without saying anything.
