COMPANIES, DON'T HIRE THEM TO CARRY YOUR EMPLOYEES, THEY AREN'T RELIABLE
They've left me totally stranded on several occasions, and while I would expect that to happen at some specific points, I would also expect to be able to get information from them. Instead they give you phones that don't work to the bus companies and clean their hands as if they didn't organise everything poorly. You can't contact them but with a very slow mail. Give them a miss as a service if you're planning to trust them with your employees wellbeing
