SCAM
SCAM! Do yourself a favor and book with a reputable third-party seller. I booked a round-trip flight for my family, it said it was booking me through HolidayBreakz.
A represent from HolidayBreakz who had a very heavy Indian accent called me hours later to tell me that one of the flights was oversold and now I have to pay $50/$120/$170/$95 more to rebook (prices kept going up and down based on how he felt, it seemed like) or to fly out a day later, which I could not do. I asked them to refund me, and that's when the insane behavior began.
Not only did he refuse to refund me my money, he said "you knew what you got yourself into when you booked so cheap." It wasn't even that much cheaper than the other sites. He then started throwing out random numbers for how much extra it would be. I felt like I was at an auction, except at an auction there is an objective, and numbers are not going up and down arbitrarily.
He told me I would be receiving E-tickets because I can't cancel and assigned me a random flight instead of the one that they said was oversold; in the end I wasted an hour of my time talking to multiple reps and a supervisor-all were incredibly obnoxious and spoke with heavy accents. After wasting another 45 minutes the supervisor miraculously was able to keep the price as is.
What a headache!! Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card. I don't know if it will do anything, but I will also be reporting both HolidayBreakz & SkyFare Finder to the Better Business Bureau.
*I am shocked that there aren’t more reviews on here, good or bad. This tells me that this company keeps changing its name.
