Amazing service, thanks a lot

I booked my flight through SkyGini after finding it via Skyscanner, and was later charged $69 for adding a carry-on. Only after completing the booking did I discover that the exact same service could be purchased directly from the airline for €25.

The problem is not the fact that SkyGini charges a fee, but the lack of transparency about a significantly cheaper option. Had this information been clearly presented to me in advance, I would not have paid the higher price through SkyGini.

This is particularly disappointing given the company's claim: "Full transparency – no fine print. No surprises."

I strongly recommend checking baggage prices directly with the airline before purchasing them through SkyGini. A very disappointing customer experience.
31.8.2026 Update:
Following my complaint, SkyGini subsequently agreed to refund $40 of the $69 charge.

My wife and I ordered a flight using SkyGini, the price we saw was 766$.
Once we choose to pay, the price rose to 841$.
I didn't add anything they offered, no Plus services, no additions.
I tried going through the process again, since the rise of the price was odd to me, again - with same result.
They're luring you into thinking they have the best price, then they adds more than 10% to the price.
This happened before, not the first time they do it.
