I found Harry at SkyJet Ltd to be very helpful and friendly.

At first, I was a little unsure after reading some of the reviews - but I think it's important to understand that SkyJet is a booking agent and so the details and therefore prices can change depending on the package you need. In fact, this is what happened to my booking - but Harry called me straight away to explain and my card was not charged.

I can not speak as to others experience, but from my own I have every confidence in SkyJet and will certainly use them again in the future.

Please be wary of this company

Please be wary of this company. I have had a very negative experience with them. Their method of business is unethical and probably illegal.

I booked and paid for a flight with them to Australia. I then got a call saying I should actually go on another flight, different airline for an additional £98.

I said no I want to go with the airline I had choosen. I was then informed then that I had to pay an additional £250+.

Please do not use this agency they will rort you if they can.

The availability & fares may change in real time according to the remaining seats available on the selected departure and arrival dates.

We do not process any of your payments until we are holding confirmed seats on all legs of the Journey on the fare selected.

We may offer you an alternate airline or an alternate fare Brand offer i.e Standard Bulk, Flex, Flex Plus depending on availability on the selected dates

If alternates offered are not accepted - Your payment will not be taken by us and Full Amount will be returned to your Card

Dodgy dodgy dodgy

Took a payment off my card and didn't book the flight I'd requested. It took one week of multiple phone calls and emails to get the money back - would advise you to avoid them and use a reputable agent

You should give Sky Jet 5 stars and say Thank you very much for the brilliant communications & help assisted with sending screenshots in spite of a booking which failed due to no fault of SkyJet

We never took any card details of you, You never requested to book any flights thru Us. You attempted to Book a flight Online using our website which is a totally different mode of booking from what you are trying to say. Your multiple phone calls and emails did not help an Inch to get your money back. You got your money back in the same time frame as the banks process all declined transactions and as explained below, So Please don't take any credit for this, You would have still got your money back in the same time if you were to read a book patiently on the beach. If at all we were more than helpful in providing screen shots of declined transactions to facilitate your swift release of the reserve placed on your account by your bank

Your payment was not processed by our website's security software and so money was not taken by SkyJet
Your payment was declined by the card authentication software as the information provided was not a Match with the banks main database and hence failed the payment from going forward (3D verified by visa screening process stopped you from creating a booking as the authentication process failed your booking
as it could not recognise you as a genuine Card holder)

Order failed
After authorization, your transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after authorization the funds will still be reserved on your account. Although they have not been debited from your account they will appear to have been taken.

How long does this last?
After authorization has been placed on your account the reserve on UK debit cards can last up to 72 hours and on international debit cards and all credit & charge cards it can last up to 7 working days before it is lifted. This is not controlled by us, and we cannot remove this from your account.
If you would like to get the reserve lifted you will need to speak directly with your bank. They will be able to help with removing the reserve and making the funds available to you.

Have the funds left my account?
No. The reserve only highlights the funds to be debited from your account. They do not actually remove them. Once the reserve is removed from your account the funds will simply re-appear.

The most horrible and unprofessional customer service i ever received in my entire life

I have patronised many services and never dropped a review before, but to protect others from been a victim of what i went through in the hands of this agent, i know i have to do this.
Don't let me bore you with the whole story, their customer service rep asked me if i had common sense and while the conversation was going on again, and i mentioned that I've never been a victim of this situation, his response was "did i rape you or did i throw a bomb"? I was dumb founded and again I had already made payment for my flight and wanted the transaction to go on smoothly. I condoled all his ridicule approach.

I will advise anyone to avoid this company, they might not be dubious but they have a huge tendency of what we see on TV from their culture.

I realised it's a one man business when i hung up to redial and speak to another customer agent, the same man picked it up and acted like it was not him but had the same tone of conversation.

STAY CLEAR I ADVISE.

Wish you could speak the complete truth instead. This should not happen but unfortunately does happens when some unreasonable people like you throw their weight around. If you had showed some patience and understood how emails work then this situation would not have arisen You implied in less than 90 second of sending your email that the agent was lying when the agent said to you that your email was not yet received "mind you - this was within 90 seconds of you sending the email" and then after another 30 seconds the agent acknowledged receipt of your email as soon as it appeared in his inbox which was all in a total of less than 2 mins and all this happened over one telephone call. During your same first call of the day. you also rudely questioned him asking him how was it possible that 30 seconds ago he could not see your email but then after another 30 seconds he could see your email, so to that he said that's common sense it wasn't there before but when he checked again after the next 30 seconds your email appeared and it was there. It would have been different if he said that your email was there first and then it wasn't there after, that would have been odd

But by then you had already LOST IT all that in just 90 seconds . You were rude in questioning why the email was not received by us in 90 seconds after you had sent it and then how was it that he was able to say that he received it implying that he was not being truthful, By also saying to him that you were a victim you were insulting him for something that was not in his control i.e delay in receiving an email. You say above "they might not be dubious but they have a huge tendency of what we see on TV from their culture - DON'T understand what you mean by this but ill ignore this for now. Your own prejudices, fear and distrust in us made you run around the airline and us for another further three times to make sure your e-ticket was correctly issued & that your name title was correctly printed on the ticket. "the next point you raised is that WHEN you hung up to redial and speak to another customer agent, the same man picked it up and acted like it was not him but had the same tone of conversation- in fact it was the same person and he did act like himself and behaved like he should do with every customers call by being polite and greeted you like we do to all our customers. he only realised it was you when you mentioned your name and then when you again started complaining about your incident on your previous call - that's when he said to you that there would be no reason to speak to you like this unless there was more to your part of the story. Its nice to be important but it is also important to be nice.

Definitely Not recommended for Flights

Definitely Not recommended for flights! SkyJet simply hold your payment and then try to book your flights. Two days after we booked online, I received a call saying the flights had increased in price and my booking was cancelled.
Choose a different company or book directly with airline.

Unfortunately orders fail when airline segments are Unavailable.

After authorisation, your transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after authorisation the funds will still be reserved by your bank on your account. Although they have not been debited from your account they will appear to have been taken.

When tickets had begun to get more and more expensive, I found some with Sky Jet, several hundred dollars cheaper than others (partly because of flying a different route through Europe; and leaving and returning to different NY airports -- but that was fine for us!)... They were such a good deal actually, that I wondered whether they were fake...... BUT, they weren't! Very happy...........
