Skylark Migration Specialists help us to get Partner (Provisional) (subclass 309) visa for my wife. they also help us get Partner (subclass 100) visa. We also used Skylark for our son Citizenship. My wife born and lived in Morocco never travelled outside Morocco. My son was also born in Morocco. Skylark agents we had were great and guided us through the process. Spacial thanks to Walter, Susan, So Wun and Sonny. They were fantastic throughout the application process. For those who are in similar position as us from Morocco or north Africa the Provisional visa took about one year after it was submitted for immigration to start assessing it. And it took another 6/8 months to get the visa approval as the application was done in Jordan. The Sub Class PR visa was a lot quicker for us it only took about 2 months this was obviously done in Australia.
Our son Citizenship took 3 month.
You do have to provide a lot of information, paper work, and it all has to be sorted and done properly. This is the hardest part as it takes time to put everything together and sort it all out using skylark templates to the standards the agent wants it. The agents were great and helped and supported us through everything. There were times we sent emails late at night and we got a reply at midnight its something that we really appreciated and were grateful for. Both myself and my wife can't really thank all the agents enough.

We were pretty overwhelmed by the amount of documentation needed, but Skylark provided easy step-by-step checklists for making sure we got everything we needed. They also provided great alternatives for things that we couldn't obtain. We lacked much financial evidence as we're both independent people who prefer paying for ourselves, and there was no way for us to open a shared bank account. Most immigration services scared us into thinking we didn't stand a chance due to not having a shared bank account, but Skylark showed us how to provide the amount of evidence needed without using a shared bank account. Our visa approval is proof enough that it worked!
