⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended

I paid for this service expecting a professional and smooth experience, but unfortunately, it has been the opposite.
After making the payment:
No login details were provided
No welcome email or communication at all
No response from customer support despite repeated attempts
There is no clear way to contact them, by email chat system or WhatsApp nothing and even raising the issue through PayPal did not resolve anything.

It feels like once payment is made, you are simply ignored and asked to pay again without receiving any service.
I have cancelled the renewal for next year, but sadly my one-year payment has been completely wasted.

Changed their credit system with no warning and automatically downgraded me so I cant work on things I was yesterday.

No refund for my 250 credits which cost 350 USD.

Ne fonctionne pas. vos crédits vous serviront uniquement à faire faire les correctifs. En clair :
-skywork génére votre document avec de nombreuses erreurs
-vous faites une requete pour corriger l'erreur
-il en fait d'autres
-vous faites une nouvelle requette pour corriger les autres erreurs.

ca ne s'arrête jamais. Sauf quand vous n'avez plus de crédit où là il faut payer. votre document est inexploitable et votre argent... parti.

didn't work. was unable to generate the video it was promising me, it was unable to provide a link to it, said it was in /workspace/***.mp4 but unable to provide a link. waste of $15, totally not worth the trouble, stay away.

In my personal experience, this site raises several red flags. Be sure to read all the fine print carefully. The “monthly payment” they advertise turned out to mean I was charged for the full year upfront, billed at the monthly rate—something that wasn’t clearly explained. When I noticed the issue and requested a refund with 24hrs, I encountered a great deal of resistance, and I’m still disputing the charge.

On top of that, I found the AI and music quality to be quite poor. In my opinion, services like Suno offer a far better product.
