I am extremely happy with how my case was handled. I felt listened to. Chloe was amazing throughout this whole process, very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. Chloe made the process extremely easy for me by keeping me constantly updated with the next steps. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Unsupportive solicitors
Slater and Gordon worked on my husband's claim for an accident at work, they were referred through his union. Appalling support and service. We had 4 different solicitors during our claim which went on for less than a year. Really poor communication, I had to keep emailing them for updates. When the claim was closed due to insufficient evidence (load of rubbish as I had pictures, medical forms and although the company claimed they watched CCTV, magically that CCTV footage was deleted when I requested to view it) but still Slater and Gordon decided that the case would be closed. The final email after chasing them yet again, basically said case closed, with no support, no apology for not being able to help us and no advice on what we could do next. Really really angry at the lack of care and compassion and being passed from one person to another, without being told a new person was handling our case.

We appreciate this is frustrating to hear but it does not stop you consulting another firm, within three years of the accident date, who may view matters differently.

I was involved in a major RTA that…
I was involved in a major RTA that wasn’t my fault as a result of this I ended up with major neck injuries that will have a long term effects on my life. I was appointed Slater Gordon to handle my claim it’s been a lengthy case and the help and support I received from Chloe Pitt and her team @ Slater Gordon has been absolutely amazing through out!

Successful Compensation
I had a car accident in Feb. 2023. The guy that hit me from behind left the scene of the accident. Donna Rose from the company has supported me right from the start with trying to get compensation for me, at long last she has been successful. I look forward to receiving my compensation in a couple of weeks. Would always recommend this company.

Poor Services
The service provided has been extremely disappointing. Despite their commitment to resolving my injury claim within two years, there has been no progress or outcome. Over this period, more than three caseworkers have been assigned to my case, yet there has been no noticeable improvement or movement forward. I constantly have to chase them for updates, with no proactive communication or meaningful responses on their part. I feel completely stuck with this service, and I'm seeking advice on how to disengage from them.

Good morning!
Since the very first contact I had with Slater and Gordon I felt that I was being looked after by the right guys. The professionalism and confidence I felt from them, from the people I was talking to, were undeniable. And even when I lost a great part of the hopes I had for my claim, the thought that I might have chosen the wrong solicitors never really crossed my mind. Little did I know that while I was losing my hopes, a very hard and competent work was being done by Lucy Crierie, in order to bring justice to my case. In the end Justice was found and I received the compensation I believe was fair to what happened to me. I'll always be grateful to Slater and Gordon, especially Lucy, who represented her company so well and so competently.

The best lawyer's
The best lawyer's, the service is wonderful and very respectful and professional. I was involved in a motorcycle accident in 05/2021, which caused a lot of damage , i was injured also had to stay out of work for a long time. The lawyers gave me all the support i needed, from medical care to financial loss. This month on 6th of September, i received the good news , we WON ON THE COURT , i got my financial life back .I would like to especially a big thanks to the lawyer HANNAH GIBSON ,who followed my process from the begin until the end. Mr Peter Meadows saves the day
At the start of the process i was messed around lots and if it hadn't been for Mr Peter Meadows taking over the claim i would be giving a 1 star score, he has been brilliant from taking over. Always answering questions and very informative. He deserves 5 stars but i only gave 3 as its a company rating, he certainly saved me and my daughter from any worries he is caring and just simply brilliant at his job.

The beginning was ropey
The beginning was ropey, but once I had my solicitor changed over to the last one Tamara, things finally went smoothly lass should be commended/promoted for sorting out the 2 year mess the last solicitors left. Personal injury claim - great experience
Courtney was brilliant throughout my claim. Not only was she friendly and approachable but she was extremely professional. I could tell that she really wanted the best possible outcome for me. Courtney was always available to answer my emails or calls and got back to me quickly; I was never left in a position where I was clueless on the progress of my claim. She always kept me up to date.

I had a personal injury claim with…
I had a personal injury claim with Slater and Gordon. It was a hit-and-run. I did not have the driver's details, and the third-party vehicle was a foreign country vehicle. Slater and Gordon fought hard to find the third party and resolve the case. Especially Ms./Mrs. Donna Rose (Legal Advisor). It took nearly 4 years; I gave up, but she didn't. She was very helpful and kept me informed, and every time I contacted her, she spoke to me very kindly.
