Excellent service…
I have used Skater and Gordon to pursue any miss sold car finance agreements I may have. I am very impressed with the regular updates that I have received. They are keeping me updated with their progress and have given me access to a portal where I can see what is happening with each individual claim.

Obtaining Grant of Probate
I recently dealt with the estate of a former friend and colleague who had died and he had left his will with Slater and Gordon Solicitors. I was the only named Executor. I contacted the solicitors and spoke to a Trainee Solicitor called Amy-J Butcher who was extremely helpful and efficient. She guided me through the process of obtaining Grant of Probate very smoothly and if I asked a question that she didn't know the answer to or was unsure she would go out of her way to find the answer and ring me back as soon as possible. I cannot praise this young lady highly enough.

Mesothelioma claim
During a very difficult time for my parents, Slater and Gordon were excellent in assisting with their claim. Pauline Chandler and her team were very compassionate and understanding when discussing the claim with my father who now has Mesothelioma as a result of working with Asbestos when he did his apprenticeship.

Incredible Support
I contacted Slater and Gordon after being prevented access to my children, for 12 months. Jodie Penketh, has been my solicitor she has provided me with excellent advice and has been a pillar of support over the past 12months resulting in a positive outcome at court where I have a court order granting me access to my children. This is beyond a joke now
This is beyond a joke now. Ignores time and time again. Worst company in the world can’t get a straight answer from anyone dealing with my dad’s will. 5 different staff members since starting dealing wi the my dads will. Constantly ignored. Been tryi mg to speak wi tho someone now for over a month. Wrote on here and to client care also still no response. Going to seek legal advice now and take it from there. Enough enough

Sadly after dad died, I was recommended to contact S&G. I nearly didn’t bother but what a mistake that would have been. They secured me compensation and introduced me to other organisations for support. Excellent service by Pauline and Lisa. Thank you for everything.

I recently had to make a claim for asbestos related lung cancer against my former employer.
